Different to all other room corrections it acoustically maps the room in 3D, uses a proprietary calibration signal, has an adaptive target curve, retains the loudspeaker’s inherent sound performance, acknowledges the psychoacoustic perception of sound instead of the common linearization, and even makes the whole process user-friendly for everyone.

Quality, beauty and prestige

Steinway Lyngdorf products are a skilful blend of modern design, advanced manufacturing processes and refined craftsmanship. All internal mechanisms are specially assembled from the highest quality components, each one designed and selected because it is the best.

Steinway Lyngdorf speakers

are the only ones in the world to boast the same glossy piano lacquer finish found on the finest Steinway & Sons grand pianos.
In the tradition of Steinway & Sons, the varnish is applied in a single layer over 1 mm thick, then sanded, polished and waxed to a thickness of approximately 0.6 mm.

All lacquered wooden surfaces of Steinway Lyngdorf loudspeakers are coated with the same polyester resin coating used by craftsmen at the Steinway & Sons factory in Hamburg to protect and finish the wooden surfaces of musical instruments. The polymer formula was specially developed for Steinway & Sons

Steinway Lyngdorf recognises the significance and importance of individual style

To match your home décor, Steinway Lyngdorf loudspeakers can be customised in a variety of colours and finishes in solid wood and wood veneer. Furthermore, if the décor is changed or the system is relocated to another room, new and different finishes can also be ordered.

The lustre of gold emphasises the luxury and status of Steinway Lyngdorf systems

The volume wheel on the Head Unit module and remote control, as well as all other gold surfaces, are plated with a layer of 24-carat gold.

Before gold plating, the brass is treated with a thin protective layer of atomised nickel. On request, these surfaces can be chrome-plated instead of gold-plated. This treatment ensures the durability of the coating and resistance to external influences.

Integrated system approach

Perfection can never be achieved by mixing products from different manufacturers off the shelf.

The strength of the chain is determined by its weakest element, and only a proprietary system approach ensures high performance in every area. An integrated system approach from Steinway Lyngdorf is the key to solutions for every room and every need.
